柴米油盐酱醋茶

自从自己住后，就尽量在家吃晚餐。也学会了煮更多不一样的菜。西式早餐，韩国年糕，中餐，各式各样的。入厨就好像人生一样，你要有料，明白各种步骤，能够控制时间，火候，食才的分量。偶尔要有创意，要勇于尝试新配搭。柴米油盐酱醋茶，是我们持家之道，里面也藏着许多可以学习的地方。可贵的是我入厨的早，经历的许多失败与考验，今时今日才可以在15分钟煮出好好一餐来。多少烫伤，烧伤，割伤，造就了我的体会和领悟。

人要不停的学习，谦卑的学习。

起飞了
浪卡威岛(aka 浮罗交怡岛)回到家了

浪卡威岛的工作trip, 讲明做工。除了买东西之外，真的没有什么玩到。还要迟睡早起，搬东抬西。真累！这3天，只有工作的日子，不知道朋友们都怎样了。日子还是要过。我想，我真的不是一个以工作为重的人。还好，我想我这一趟是为了许多小朋友，华小，华社，公司。这样子比较快了轻松。飞回家的时候，遇到了很强的气流。飞机很抖，在白云了，回想起了，和爸妈在身边的时候，和他的时候。自己一个人时，需要很坚强的正面思想。生活就是这样，好与坏是看自己怎么想。好了，我又要去服务社会了。=)

八百里路之三餐温饱篇

到昔加莫的第一餐
晚餐：炸蒜蒸非洲鱼+芙蓉蛋+ 江鱼仔羊脚豆
价格相宜，味道不错，食料新鲜
果然是平，靓，正！

到麻坡的晚餐
到贪吃街走了一圈
啊！蠔煎档有营业！！！
这一家我们每次从新山回KL都回特地到麻坡
试运气看吃不吃的到（成功巴仙率：20%，去了5次才吃了1次吧）
原因？没开档休息（他们休息日很随意的），卖完了，太早了还没开档

买了RM6的蠔煎+RM3的麻芝回旅馆吃幸好，有绿茶包可以消脂... haha...
oh, kopi 434 好像是麻坡当地有名的咖啡品牌

麻坡的旅馆早餐
早餐：nasi lemak + 鸡粥 +咖啡

去新山的路途中
在pagoh休息站吃下午茶
下午茶：DailyFresh Waffle + Iced Lemon Tea

到了新山了！！！
旅馆刚好就在我最爱吃的田鸡粥附近
当然晚餐就是：Geylang 田鸡粥
由于我一个人吃（拉普的朋友，阿生哥已经吃饱了）
所以我就自己把姜葱田鸡，清炒菜胆和整煲白粥
吃完！！！
买了Batu Pahat 出名的相思蛋糕（巧克力味）
由于没有放防腐剂
所以要在3天内吃完
*发现到，柔佛的东西都是这样保持着3天内吃完的规律

在附近的KSL City Mall 看到这个
Green kappo 和偷生气鸟蛋的猪
都是巧克力味，太好了！

在新山旅馆的早餐（食物很多样化^^）
早餐：nasi lemak + omelet + mini清汤冬粉 +咖啡
午餐：乞丐鸡+苦瓜炒蛋+鱼头咖喱
这只鸡真不简单，肉又软又入味
正让我回味无穷 RM16苦瓜炒蛋也好
苦瓜片切得薄，蛋的分量刚刚好，蛋香味中和了苦瓜味
好吃~

鱼头咖喱，这个份量应该是4人份
我和我新山的同事好不容易才把它吃完
新山的咖喱香是香，但是味道有点淡，还是喜欢重口味点的咖喱

最后一个早餐
早餐：猪肠粉 + 炒果条+ 鸡粥+mini清汤面+咖啡
回程中，到马六甲买了千层蛋糕
口味：芝士，巧克力
RM9.50 一片到芙蓉和爸妈吃晚餐
咸鱼花腩煲 + 金瓜豆腐+姜葱鹿肉+清炒番薯叶

吃吃喝喝玩玩乐乐的5天4夜 =)

八百里路之各有各意思篇

昔加莫的80年代旅馆有着特别的冷气调节器

才刚营业3 年的麻坡旅馆有个迷你冷热直饮水

来到了新山，在这间以商人为主要住户的商业旅馆住了2晚
贴心+环保（他们提倡如果要再用毛巾可以放在架子上，如果要换才把毛巾放在地上）
由于此旅店允许住客迟check out (你几点check in, 你就可以几点check out)
在我等房间时，他们有行李寄放服务，我就可以到隔壁的shopping mall 走走
最喜欢的是，这间旅馆很创意的给洗手间的用具命名

eg. File Away.. In Shape (磨指甲板），Touch Up Perfect （挖耳棒）
５天４夜，住了３间旅馆。每一间都是我一晚的家。　一个人一间房的经验，有胡思乱想的、有半夜惊醒的，有一觉到天亮的，有不舍得起床的．．．　各有各意思．．．　=)

我开始了本小姐第一次工作之旅
到lappu 的州柔佛做华小调查
小青一路上都很努力的完成它的使命

第一站
昔加末

第二天早上，在昔华华小办教师工作坊

第三天，到了一个我蛮喜欢的小镇
麻坡
由于是许多有名政治人物的家乡
所以这里的建筑物都保存得很好。。

最后一天，回kl前
顺便溜进了古城-马六甲

在英雄广场呆了一下
走走，买买东西

这几天，原本以为把laptop带在身边
可以上上网，晚上解解闷
谁知道，p1不知何故
就是不能connect....

无奈吧?
还好，行李装了2 本书
一个人时，需要正能量

自从去年开始

我们俩就约定了一年一小trip

去年最满意的：私人泳池玩下水吃了2天1夜的水果今年咧，我们一起庆中秋啰

深夜，有梦想的人熟睡；有烦恼的人难睡；快乐的人抱着爱人睡；幸福的人在爱人怀中睡；寂寞的人不睡；想念你的人不想睡... 早上睡，下午睡，晚上不能睡的人.. 就只好抒发一下想法..

有时候，真的觉得“男人来自火星，女人来自金星”这句话好对，不能不赞同。

人啊，成长过程中，就是要跌跌撞撞，烦恼过，痛过，累过，哭过，狠心过，才可以看得更开，心也更坚强。坦白说，我家女王在我叛逆期调教过我该面对的挑战，所以现在我更了解人生的大智慧（请参考般若波罗蜜多心经）。很多人会念，领悟的没几个，做到的更为少。

我觉得每个人都有选择的权利，又是什么让你烦恼该选什么好？人生不是顺利的。看透了，就阔达的面对挑战，即使是一万个不愿意。谁希望&喜欢负能量 =,= 但是我们不能恐惧，慌及退。意志很重要！思想很重要！态度很重要！3样正确了，你会有想象不到的力量去鼓励，支持及推动的勇气。面对它，解决它，放下它，忘记它。

从家庭，学业，工作，朋友，爱情，风风浪浪。到后来，成长了，看开了，领悟了，平淡了，离开了。人生不就是那么样吗？像蜡烛一样，燃烧。虽然有时被风吹，熄灭了，再点燃，直到灯芯都烧完了。途中，遇到几支一起燃烧的热血，也遇到想把蜡烛熄灭的额外因素。烛光照亮了黑暗，温暖了寒冷点燃了希望。燃烧到尽头的那天，不留遗憾不留后悔，只留下带不走的回忆热情。

最近，“家家有本难念的经”。到了20多岁的年龄，是不是都这样？没关系，成长过程。是要付出多一点的，流多几滴泪，失眠多几晚，心痛多几次... 之后，不就看清了，熟睡了，坚强了吗？折磨一下，才可以更茁壮。

I will still remember my very 1st time to our neighbour country,
taking Thai Airways and love the orkid colour of the air stewardess uniform,
the tourist guide show us the hotel that last stayed by famous singer Teresa Teng in Bangkok,
the hot spring that boiled eggs in Chiang Mai,
the very special poppy flower in Chiang Rai,
the "Agua" show in Pattaya,
the golden temples, elephants, tigers, yummy snacks along the roadside and many more..
I fall in love with Thailand when i was 9...
My parents will be so proud of me caused i remember 90% of the trip..
seriously, i even remembered the hotel swimming pool and how does it look like... @,@
cause we have night swim after the tour and we have bbq squid at the roadside stall next to the hotel... (walau eh.... I'm impressed by myself!)
Dad and Mum seldom buy this type of photo when we are travelling
but somehow we had 2 from our Phuket trip
and it's still in our living room now...
Can't believe I'm born to wear long sleeves on a beach!
Ah, the shiny gold plastic "97" award is still beside the photo...
This Phuket trip is my award for maintaining the 1st place...
2nd year to Thailand but it's an island trip..
Ala, that time James Bond just did a movie there...
and they name 1 island James Bond island...

I'll always promise myself to try some boutique resort
which have direct pool access from the room, spa service,
and most importantly.. beside a beach..

Can't believe I'd walked more than 20 hours in Matta fair these 3 days..
Researching + on duty = Day 1
Assisting Dad & Mum for their ticketing + found a right phone for lappu = Day 2
Enjoy free meal (by lappu Matta credit card) + looking for someplace to go = Day 3
everybody is complaining trip is expensive la, no new place to visit la, air ticket also not so cheap la, cuti cuti malaysia also need a few hundreds to thousand la....
BUT there are still many ppl buying wor...
Maybe there are really some good deal OR some trip that you will pay for it
For now, I would LOVE a beach trip by this year...
it all depends on the air tickets now..
the right moment to Click & Go!

Ah, one side effect from my 1st Thailand trip is...
the Thai food!
Tom Yam, Pineapple fried rice, green chicken curry..
Once you taste it in Thailand, you will always want it more in Malaysia...

As mum said, you had been to every part in Thailand dy....

FYI, the latest place is Koh samoi and Krabi...
which I hope to go with my lovely gorgeous buggs...

Actually once I knew we need a entrance ticket
I give myself to try luck see weather got any free tickets or not
Finally the night before Urbanscape
A reporter friend of mine passed me a pair of tickets
So I can go feel the art, fashion, food, music and photography
with TengTeng (she's my girl date partner recently =p)

1st thing I bought is...
3 bar of body soap from
The Bubble Lab

Followed by another hand made soap
This time this soap if for hair till toes
But i will use it for hair only.
Love the product from Lulla Belle
The maker is a friendly lady.
Saw a cute Eco Tee
Bought it with RM 10Food Time
The bis-stick and amazing fantabulous cheddar cheese sauce
(it's so irresistible and making me bought the powder back!)
Before buying this, I remember i bought a home made
Horlick Flavour Ice Cream. It's special and local. Yum Yum
(No photos caz I forgot I had 1 in my sling bag..)

The most satisfied victory is
Taa-Daa... Platform Shoe..
Love at 1st sight..

Where: Tangs Service Boulevard, L2 Tangs Pavillion
Knew: The Spring Summer fashion for 2011, Women's body shape, My own body shape and know what to wear and what NOT to wear..
Found: I have a hour glass body shape which can fit it any outfit! (seriously, my first thought was I'm an apple/carrot body)
Interestingy: Enjoyed the 20 mins shop(mix and match play around Tangs) for your body time with Teng.. =)

ChaBoom (the fashion adviser) is telling us where to grab stuff..

Teng look so nervous for her 1st workshop.. chilled... I'm there to help..

My turn to get advise.. and FOUND OUT my real body..
and ChaBoom ask me not to hide my body again... lolx...

My match for 70's hippies... (Top from Maxima, Skirt from Island Shop, Heels from Maxima, Sling bag from Fossil) ChaBoom's advice is..
the top should be a tighter one to show off my "what women wants" body shape...

Interestingy: How incredible for 2 girls can eat and talk for 5 hours and it has always been like this for.... 9 years?? oh yes... 9 years...

Simple yet full... with laughter and sharing..

The magical Happy Meal

I'm always a fan of Kids Meal since I was a kid till now.. there is still a kid in me...
Ah.. Happy Meal from McDonalds.. is my favourite kids meal because I can have my Mc Nugget... Iced Milo/Orange juice... Fries... and most important THE FREE TOY~~
So recently, McD is having the RiO promotion.. If you purchase a Happy Meal, you can get a free toy (one of the character from the animation) and also a movie voucher for kid (buy 2 adults, 1 kid watch for free)

The conversation below happens when lappu told me that he forgot to take my happy meal box (which consist my free toy & movie voucher).... Well... Maybe it's a little small for you to read.. but I'm sure u can see the "WHAT!!! =(" thingy... you see? sometimes i will get mad because of some kiddy thingy...

Anyway, the main point is... lappu went to the counter, ask them did they saw any Happy Meal box with a toy inside and SURPRISINGLY he got another set of Happy Meal for FREE... A full set with FOOD inside.. happy lo... really very happy lo.... God bless McD! So.. you see.. Happy Meal really makes people HAPPY.. Here's my toy... Blu from the movie RiO..
Who say money cant buy HAPPY?? you only have to pay RM7.85 for a Happy Meal... in my case.. I got happy Twice! =) hahaha...

终于为太阳国出了份力.. ganbate neh!
女人爱美，不怕辛苦.... 要知道没有运动细胞的女人，为了美是要付出的... wuwu...
在萤火虫飞机上，俯瞰马来西亚，原来我忘了我住在很美丽的地方..

starts with....

Viruses!!

We fight!

and end up taking
pills/medicine/cough syrup ~~drugs~~
my biggest challenge!
and the worst thing when i'm sick
definitely is the package of
Fever + Flu (morning & night) + cough syrup (dry cough)
gosh~~ pity me =(Why cant medicine just look like this?
I will be willing to take it daily on time..
If and only if they look so cheerful and happy!

recently the viruses very strong and powerful..
7 in every 10 people is sick
some went for blood test (suspect kena denggi)
so serious.. =="
but at least we can greet each other by asking

Do take care of yourself.
Drink more water.
And stay away from viruses.
They are always around to attack us.
Gonna have my 3rd round of medicine for today
and go to bed early.
So that my body can build a stronger immune system!
GO GO Fighting!!!

Winter breeze

It has been raining and drizzling today..
since early morning..
It feels like winter..

I was walking across my office building to have my lunch this afternoon..
The wind blowed and I saw tiny fine rain drops..
The temperature is actually like summer end in Europe.. maybe around 18-22 degrees..
I enjoyed it.. It makes my feel like I'm working in some Europe country.. =)
If and only if the mistlike drops are snow flakes...
Then I'll be walking at the streets like this.....

The best thing to enjoy during a cold night like this..
Hot chocolate..
Lately I'd been trying on my Coffee Bean & Tea leaf limited powder set..
*honey + warm milk
* dark cocoa powder + warm milk (perhaps to put in some marshmallow next time)
*white choco powder + warm milk
*hazelnut powder + warm milk
Not really a milky person.. but.. just to match the feel..
After all... Warm milk is the best drink to get good quality sleep..

Can't imagine how people spend their night during the winter..
cold, dark, a sense of lonely.. maybe?
how weird.. I'm having this feeling right now.. =="
Before this winter feeling going too deep..
I better hit the sack and have a sweet winter dream...

记得有人曾告诉我，当你过了2张，你就会觉得明天就是3张了...

天啊，真的。所以在我24岁的这一年... 我要....... 飞！！！！

当然，要考虑到本小姐的钱包够不够厚... 但是，真的很想在今年夏天去个小岛来个沙滩之旅。碧海蓝天，椰林树影，水清沙幼... 天堂啊~~~

可能，水瓶座就是爱水.. 我们对海的爱，除了鱼儿，蟹儿之外，其他人是体会不到我们看到蓝蓝的海时的喜悦和说不出的感动~~

去年的最后一天，筛选了几个心头好...

口水都差不多留下来了.. 岛儿们啊~~ 等我~~

3 months ago..

my very 1st day to step in Menara Star
I got the temporary tag
and started my 2nd job after graduated
as a Mass Communication student

The 1st month basically is quite fun and relaxing...
Get to familiarize the company and remember what dept in every level..
FYI it's really hard to remember my colleagues name
Malays.. Indians... Chinese... Nicknames... Christian names.....

On the 2nd month my HOD is so keen to sent me to training..
After my induction programme (Visit to our printing hub in Bukit Jelutong)
I'd been to a 2-days Executive training in Coronade Hotel and
a 1-day Meeting Minutes writing training in Dorsett Hotel..

The 3rd month when my senior is on her long honeymoon leave (to Europe)
I was assigned to another task (which claim to be the survivor project of my company)
I kinda like it... cause I really feel that it will be something i wanted to do..

my lovely colleagues... you can see 1 Malaysia really happens in our company..

I decided to deco my table a little (after 3 months)
with some movie tickets (from the premier of course)
and a little green plant....
instead of buying a pot or a vase..
i re-use my bodyshop body scrub container..
so nice right?? =)

although i just did my final appraisal a few days ago
but the date on the letter was 9/11/2010 =="
late is better then none, hee..

It's been quite sometime we dint go out for a date...
So this Saturday, we went to Origins workshop together...After a few talks (about exercising & styling)
Origins gave us a skin analyzer to test the oil-ness of our skin..

Haha.. results very obvious..

I got my mask treat...
actually the clay mask feels good...
hmph.. wait for Christmas sale lor..

In the evening, we went to Bon Odori 2010

phew~~ squeeze in the crowd to get food..
i got my sesame cupcake from berry berry..
lappu bought his pork curry puff... haha..
1st time ate a pork curry puff in Malaysia...We got a nice seat to enjoy the dancing...

Daddy has his GOOD times while putting this on Meow

Daddy enjoyed his GOOD times entertaining himself by playing Meow (poor Meow, had to be the joker sometimes to get a chunk of cat food from the king)
Mummy gave daddy his BAD times by scolding him for his mischievous action just a few seconds i snap this photo.. (FYI, Meow is the queen's royal pet so she has the most powerful person in the house to cover her, sigh~ Princess Meow.. upgraded after her 3D2N ran away from home incident)

Prime Minister Chin gave me a GOOD time dumpling in kind i guess he might be the nicest person i met in office
I'd to finish this dumpling with orders, instructions and stress from work in a BAD time

My body is having a real BAD time (imagine: i bump in the clinic twice in 10 days! that's a record for me! The doctor is the 2nd person i met in the morning after bed, luckily the 1st is still my boyfriend)
I hope there will be a GOOD time for me after finishing all of this ~~colourful~~ (cannot be to cheerful with sickness, people will think you're enjoying it) pills
I really don't hope for the 3rd visit for more medicine dy

Today is the day which i suppose to be in office, preparing document, chasing people for stuff, contact and make sure everything is complete before the meeting with client, of course rushing from places to places for meetings meetings meetings!!
However, my body LOVES me so my vocal organs are not functioning today (sore throat & a super big ulcer underneath my swollen tongue) I had to show my creative body language to communicate with my mum while she cooks porridge and soup for me.. touched... Cooper and Christmas were overwhelming joy cause i'm around with them during day time.. Too busy to appreciate every seconds i have at home now.. so i blog, i help to prepare meal, i have to go to the bank, photo shop(not the software la), maybe... catch up a movie with mum since it's wednesday and both of us didn't watch a movie together since ages (at least i can give my mind a day off and put some positive energy inside).. i guess... that's the best i can do for now...
Time to take the pills!! luckily it's mint flavour =p

上云顶。看演唱会！
“真开心” 本应是给爸妈的

还是自己看了其实林子祥&太极的演唱会
还蛮好看的
虽然 80%的曲目我都似懂非懂
这班 uncle 还真令人佩服
又唱又跳又开玩笑
(心想：力宏到了他们这个年纪，我会不会像这些“安娣”酱咧..)

Jungle trekking - like - hill climbing

Last beautiful Sunday morning, I follow lappu & gang to
Cheras Hatamas Hill for
hill climbing...
but it looks more like jungle trekking to me...

i ~~personally~~ don really like jungle trekking/hill climbing
because

i'm a low blood pressure person
my breathing speed is ah ma like slow (inhale O₂≠ O_{2 i need)}

_{i have a supreme slow heart beat (}∵ my O_{2 intake low}∴my whole body blood will support the heart & that's why i will suddenly feel i'm blacking out)

but i really do enjoy the greens around me...
and the jungle bugging symphony ~~

jungle is the home for stange little creature
hmph.. not little hor.. this fire ant are huge compare to the house ant..
Everything are so nice to picture...
however from far there is sound of human destroying the jungle (development)
the tune of MJ's Earth song is playing in my mind...
"what have we done to the world, look what've we done..."
i really hope that everybody can love mother nature...
back to the reality..
hmph.. i did jungle trekking a few years back..

hmph... St. Patrick day... i wonder what is it...
so i decided to check it out...

great!! one card member can get a free guinness~~

got the redemption ticket.. and of course..
got my drink.. well.. Guinness actually taste "healthy"...

so we decided to try out the games having there....

i got this cute little magnet by winning "jumping the frog to the lotus" game..
(i named that myself...)
this game is hard... have to make sure the frog landed nicely on the lotus.. =="
that's what the game master said...

so concentrate.. lolx.. drive like real driving to win...

Well since everybody went home early today but i'm still waiting for the time to come(to settle my last task in 2009).. so take my little time to have a little flash back~~~~

This January i cut my "kept for 3 years" long hair..

This February i celebrate my 22nd birthday with my besties~

This March we graduated as a bachelor in mass com after 3 years study in a "factory-like-uni", 1 of our besties fionn get married, and i got my job!

This April... as u see.. no entries because my lappi is not functioning.. but i got something else in my life.. which is COOPER.. my 3rd dog (miss u always ANGELboy ,a golden retriever & MAX a german shepherd)

This May i went to LEEHOM MUSICMAN concert! and i got my DeskTop!

This June summer movie month, with transformer, night at the museum 2, departure and etc etc etc.. yet end of the month, late king of pop MJ left us..

This July another page of my life.. I'm disqualified in a LDR.. but we are still cool..

This August went to Cameron(last visit was like 5 years ago =="), Jogoya buffet twice and special screening of Avatar (which is damn hot now!)

This September i got my 1st touch screen hp Samsung Omnia, Leehom Musicman concert dvd, then went to the zoo negara.. then i become lappu's princess ^^

This October we both have our ups and downs... yet this is the way to learn and understand more bout each other..

This November happy birthday to xmas n cooper, started to involve more in company's projects and events.. and i went to JB for my very 1st time.. and i'm loving everything there...

This December month of joy, christmas day, lappu's fren wedding, involved in production wardrobe..

This day, the very last day of 2009... i'm sitting in front of my comcomp.. recalling what i'd done 1 year, 12 months, 365 days, 8760 hours, 525600 minutes, 31536000 seconds... life goes on.. keep looking forward.. ^^

Happy New Year Everybody!! 好想出队哦...

今天，特别早起身，因为车夫需要早到公司。call time 8.00am wor.. 虽然昨晚很迟睡但是竟然可以爬得起来... (想起以前出队的日子，也差不多是这个时间 call time 的)

今天，公司studio要拍一个圣诞节的3d project （将会在gardens看到）所以公司上上下下都很兴奋。毕竟，这是第一个将会展示在公众面前的 DV 3d project. 连卡斯也下足重本，个个不是蓝眼睛就是金头发不然就是一幅麻豆身材... 服装还有许许多多的名牌赞助...

刚刚溜到studio 八了一下... set up 虽然简单但是我已经迫不及待想看成品了... 只可惜不能参与.. 因为我的部门已经有 2 个很幸运的同事在帮忙了.. 所以我必须乖乖的待在座位上 backup 他们....

等下一有机会一定下去看看... 可能有些人会觉得不管你的事下来干吗? 我只是想学学看看... 就像老板说的有机会就要学... 学到是自己的... 何不厚厚脸皮偷偷师呢?

再说，最近要努力的upgrade 了.. 自己在工作上可以有份参与 creative part 的讨论... 想故事想剧情... 希望另外一个 game show project 可以成功.. wakaka... 那时我就可以开开心心出队了... 还有一定要好好的 brainstorm 及提升自己想多点 idea.. 明年就可以跟着老板们去 pitching 了..

要开工了.. 祝我自己 开工愉快工作顺利... ^^

"Your skin very dry ar".. "You need to do more mask"... "Buy moisture facial product".. these are what I heard when I'm having facial treatment, after a skin consultation or wondering around the facial product store... so.. I came across this workshop by Sister Magazine & Clarins with a very attractive name "Is your skin THRISTY?" yes!!! yes!!! yes!!! my little face needs it~~

A moisture test is done before the workshop started. Mine is 32.9% which is in the dehydrated range 30%-35%.. well it's not so bad right.. at least not VERY dehydrated la...

This is the line they introduce "HydraQuench". The ball-like thingy is the Katafray bark from Madagascar which can keep the hydration level through out the whole day long. And this line is the most suitable for hot weather & dehydrate skin.. omg.. just the perfect one for me ^^

Basically the workshop is about some simple and useful tips for "how to keep your face moisture". There are Demo facial treatment by Clarins beautician. Something about the treatment catch my attention which is the "Clarin Touch" facial treatment won't do any extraction for their customers cause they believe that the extractions will boost the deeper skin and activate the blackheads.. So the will use their product for the deep cleansing.. so good.. no pain ^^

They provide the mask sample to try on our hand. (putting like FREE like that.. so good..) something I like about Clarins is the smell of the product.. it's really very natural (in fact their products claim to made by 100% natural ingredients)

Breakfast is provided by the location.. oh forgot to mention.. it's in Gardens Alexis.. the Breakfast is SUPERB!!! free flow of orange juice.. heaven~~

This is the screen which we have to pay attention during the 2 hours talk.. very informative and useful.. and every people there ~~and me~~ is waiting for the last slide which is the FREE DOOR GIFT.. nyek nyek..

Tadaa... This Is It.. just need to add RM 18 to get the full set in the pounch.. consist a cleanser, toner, serum and moisturizer.. the door gifts are... sample size of the mask, serum, lip balm and a complimentary clarins hydration facial treatment voucher... ^^

This products is really not bad.. trying it now.. perhaps not a bad idea for a xmas gift.. ^^

Media Prima Screening 2010

went to MP (Media Prima) screening for 2010 programmes... Too concentrate on their wonderful presentations and amazing video clips.. so dint manage to take any photos of the very "broadway" stage.. love the concept anyway.. and next year would be kinda "musical" to MP channels.. well.. too much of dramatic and tragedy in 2009 anyway.. looking forward to Deperate housewives season 6 and DV produced drama in 2010...

Able to snap a few photos during the party after the presentation.. the food & beverage are well served.. ^^

It's the Breast Cancer Awareness month already!! I'd received email from Estee Lauder few days ago about the 2009 Breast Cancer Awareness roadshow. Hmm.. I think since it's a weekend so why not spend a little bit of time to go for a talk.. So i called.. rsvp & count down for the day.. (Oh... and it's the perfect 10/10 day!!.. what a GOOD way to put in the memory)

I join the "Breast Cancer Examination & Screening for Brest Cancer" talk. Here are some facts that I wanna share.. (to prove that I'm concentrating during the talk.. lolx..)

Among women whom have cancer, 30%-40% were Breast Cancer
1 in every 8 women has Breast Cancer in Malaysia
Chinese women has the higher % of having Breast Cancer among all race (but they haven found out why.. omg)
80%-90% women found out they have Breast Cancer THEMSELVES!! (by doing the Breast Self Examination)
Women whom have their menstrual period early and end late have the higher risk for Breast Cancer.
Women whom delivered baby late ~~or unmarried~~, also have the higher risk for Breast Cancer. (because you din fully use ur breast they explained)

Ohhhhh.... after the talk, I'd know some facts and ways to prevent Breast Cancer. (and it's just like a Biology class focusing on Women's breast & hormone... oh, i missed Bio class.. )

I got our goodie bags (yikes.. forgot to mention.. I bring mr K along.. since man also posible to get breast cancer!) At the roadshow, there are some booth for us to learn more about breast cancer & do donation to support the Breast Cancer Welfare Association (BCWA). The breast cancer fighters were there to teach us how to define a lump (which is the early sign of breast cancer).. They are brave women fighting through the cancer & now sharing with us their knowlegde and experiances... That's Sisterhood!!

The doctors advice all ladies to do the Breast Self Examination monthly (after your menstrual period clear).. How? Tips!!

Know yourself & your breast! It's a part of your body. Love yourself more.. So do the Breast Self Examination...

** The goodie bags are quite interesting.. Since i got 2 bags.. Unexpectedly there are different goodie inside.. 1 is with the estee lauder Advance Night Repair & Eye Cream, another 1 is the Origins full set of travel size product.. ^^

又是，星期一....
自从开始成为上班族后... 自然的就患上了" 职业病"...
星期一 = 蓝色..

脑袋里，开始幻想....

蓝色的海洋... (oh.. redang.... 好怀念 summer trip...)
蓝色的天空... (美丽的香格里拉... 心中的日月...)
蓝色的绣球花... (秘密花园的下午..)

眼前的，却是...

好久都没这样的起床了...

今天，没有妈妈的爱心便当，只有一粒又大又圆的黄梨和娇小玲珑的红苹果。

从8月开始，就很少在外吃东西...

忽然，很想念...

每逢初一，十五吃的云吞面...
早餐常去的.. 咖哩猪肠粉，nasi lemak, 点心和鸡窝包....
午餐时间吃的，三间庄，板面，伊面，咖哩面....
pasar malam~~~~
shopping mall 里的 restaurant~~ 香港面饭粥..... (*sob sob*)

钱真的不好用, 这里买买东西就没有了... 有时候，买点父母爱吃的(敬敬孝道)... 买cooper和meow的食物... 买买日常用品(护肤品，洗涤用品).... erm..真希望可以多存点钱... 因为..

想去旅行
疯狂购物
完成梦想~~

所以, 不要浪费时间了... 开始做工... 哈哈... 加油!!

Finally it's here!! LeeHom Musicman Concert DvD.. Had been watching the promos in Leehom FB pag e .. The limited edition dvd .. (from Mr K after a few hours car park finding + q-ing + waiting..) hee.. thank you very much!! With the little figurine of the Musicman.. ^^

The other day.. is a state holiday.. so can enjoy the privilege to have fun while others are working.. hee.. start the day with bringing cooper for his teddy bear cut groom... then have a little walk in 1U.. long time din been there dy... then b4 we left.... Mr K... got me this... TADA!!! A samsung omnia... in luxury brown!!! so ~~damn~~ happy ^^

A ZooooDay..

September starts with a Sweet date in the Zooooooo.... cause both of us loves animals.. So... we decided to visit the Zoooo instead of another pet shop... ^^ Go wild~~

The 1st thing is watch the Animal show... parrots and seal performance... well.. erm... (i still prefer the HK ocean park one... regarding the animals... there got dolphine ler..) the penguin house was close due to ~~renovation~~ upgrading.. sigh...

We found this "LAMA DIDI" which is a camel.. Mr K personally think that camel is the symbol of my "sista" which is cheeang... Everytime we saw AmBank camel.. we definately will think of him..

And the best thing is... when we are taking photos of the camel.. "pop" something drops... IT'S A STAR FRUIT!! IT'S a SIGN!! calling by the kindness and human nature.. we give this wonderful "belimbing runtuh" to our lovely friend.. -THE AMBANK CAMEL~

took photos with the "Orang Utan"... very humanistic... amazed by their fingers!!

This is the most cute toilet i found in the Zoooo... it's in LadyBird design... So... Cute!! (maybe it's beside the insert house to match the theme.. they come out with this brillient idea!)
This leapord pose reminds me of my MEOW... same family ma.. hor.. Cats likes to do yoga.. how nice.. although their head looks wrong so close to the private place.. but the skin and fur is still so beautiful~~ ^^
Really freak me out when I need to take photos in front of the animals.. really scare they will like.. spray the water to me or touch me with their trunk.. (although it's like a big drain gap between us... wtf..) i'm still worried.. u can tell by my expression.. so un-nature.. sigh.. =="
Luckily the giraffes are far enough.. lolx... and tall enough to be in our frame... nyek nyek...
Before we left... able to take a snap (after a long long timer setting strategy, cause it's damn hot that day...) Oh.. Mr K beh tahan and go to buy ice-cream, jagung taste.. yummy~~

Avatar Preview

thanks to SPOTLITE i had this chance to watch the special preview screening of AVATAR. got free FINAL DESTINATION postcard and mineral water tim.. how thoughtful.. ^^

Basically this movie is a Sci-Fi movie.. that is being filmed in photo-realistic, "stereoscopic 3D" (which mix live-action and CGI imagery in a seamless blend)...google for more info about this technology...

B4 the movie... in my mind AVATAR is.... an American animation series(very much look a-like JapAni).. which i used to watch a few years ago.. well.. i kinda like it.. (because that's the only animation which i feel interesting) The protagonist... Aang... in the animation series.. So cute.. and this animation content is very oriental.. okay okay.. cut the crappie... back to the main topic.. the AVATAR MOVIE!!

This man.. CHANGES my definition for AVATAR in movie... who is he?? He is the MAN whom hit the world with TITANIC.. and now.. he will let u redefine MOVIE in 3D.. he is.... mr... JAMES CAMERON
in the dark dark cinema hall... all patrons need to wear like THIS.. to watch a movie.. sigh... i think nowadays.. those movie makers are making everybody feel like they are shortsighted or what in cinemas... ==" (caz the only time i wear glasses for my life.. till now la.. hee.. is in the CINEMA.. for?? watching movie.. r v or r ~~v not~~ nuts??!?!)
When 3D is so new in Malaysia cinema a few years back.. we only get the little chance to watch the 3D limited movies (only blockbuster animation) in selected cinemas.. but now?? with all the advance technology... growing so so so fast.. damn.. everybody was talking about... "eh, u watched dy ar?? 3D?? or normal??" Alright... 3D of course... why?? because... i don wanna watch the normal 1?? ==" So i watched a lot a lot of 3Ds.. latest is?? of caz.. AVATAR.. opps.. a complete movie should be UP ^^ wondering will there be something like 4D, 5D or 100D??
The info in the poster which i found online is.. "SUMMER 2009" sigh... i think it wont make it in Malaysia during fall.. in the trailer stated DECEMBER.. well.. if ur a sci-fi fans like me?? go for it!! if ur a movie freak (watch whatever..) just try it.. if u want to know what's 3D like nowadays?? DONT MISS IT!!

Strawberry Highland ^^

We started our journey here... and... it begin with... Strawberry~~~ a lot a lot of strawberries..

We filled our stomach and car with Strawberries... uncountable.. kilos kilos... of strawberries..

Actually there are still some special things about Cameron... cute flowers...

the Famous BOH tea.. farm and tea drink...

However... we still give our birthday girl MengLi Strawberry as her present.. and of cause.. Cameron Roses (hand made with LOVE by teng, colin, ky & ejong) and Lavender.... (See.. she so happy ^^)

Last but not least.. a Black Forrest Birthday Cake from Cameron.. (the 包租婆-彤彤 said is the famous and most delicious de wor....)

I would like to try this next time... (because... at that moment i'm having strawberry phobia..)

I think I gonna be like this.......

Nowadays... Cameron Highland should just call... Cameron Strawberry Highland... Because.. you can see the strawberry anywhere..... Ohhhh~~~scary~~~~
